 About Us Introduction
R.G. Prior Consultancy Services Ltd was founded in 2003. We are consulting engineers providing planning, design and construction services for infrastructure works. We are a proactive and responsive company
who offer high standards of service from inception to project completion and work closely with our clients to develop appropriate, cost-effective, design solutions.

Quality Management
We are developing our quality procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2000 with a view to seeking third party accreditation.
Heath & Safety
As well as developing our own company Health & Safety Policy, we recognise the importance within the construction industry of having access to current, comprehensive, health and safety information. Our
main source of reference is the CITB publication GE700 Construction Site Safety together with Codes of Practice published by the HSE. Where necessary, we would seek to use external safety advisors where
specialist guidance is needed for project work.
Environmental Management
We have completed a baseline environmental review with the assistance of the West Sussex Sustainable Business Partnership. We aim to implement the recommendations of the review and further develop our
environmental procedures, in accordance with BS 8555:2003. We will also adopt green travel options where it is safe and practical to do so.
